I am a data scientist and researcher in financial crimes analytics originally from the city of Hama, Syria. I hold a Masters in Artificial Intelligence from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). I published a number of projects that leverage graph technologies and social network analysis on publicly available data. I publish Arabic articles that study the role of technology in society and shed light on global movements that could inspire positive change in the Middle East. I specialize in Syrian affairs with a particular interest in political economy and insurgent networks dynamics.
